On approach
I think of websites as small architectures. Each page is a room; each section, a window. The job is to compose them so that light moves through the whole thing — that the visitor knows where they are without being told.
That means fewer pages, made more carefully. It means typography that breathes. It means resisting the urge to fill every corner. The best interfaces, like the best buildings, feel inevitable.
